Nicholas Allan is a principle educator for Polestar Pilates International and runs courses and continuing education workshops for physiotherapists, chiropractors and osteopaths in Australia and Internationally.

Cathy Derham has also trained with a number of Pilates training groups and is a Polestar certified rehab pilates instructor.

- Semi-private Rehab Pilates with Studio Equipment (2 people maximum in a session)
